Modelik 32_11 DU-47B - Rosyjski walec drogowy z II połowy XX wieku

The Du-47B roller was a Soviet road vibratory roller from the post-war period. The first copies of this vehicle entered service in the mid-1970s. The drive was provided by a single engine with a maximum power of 60 HP. The total length of the cart was 4.79 meters, and the width was 1.8 meters. The weight of the vehicle reached 8.5 tons. The maximum operating speed was 6.8 km / h. The Du-47B roller was developed for the implementation of relatively simple road works, and its main task was to harden the surface of asphalt roads. Side tasks include hardening the ground or the broadly understood subgrade for further road or earth works. The vehicle is characterized by a relatively simple structure and ease of use. The vehicle is also known for its relatively low failure rate. Due to these qualities, it is still operated in many countries of the former USSR.
